Executive Assistant to the CEO (Part-Time)
We're looking for an experienced and highly organised
Executive Assistant
to support the Chief Executive of a well-known charity. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in an organisation that makes a real difference in people's lives.
This part-time position is ideal for someone who can manage a busy schedule with ease, is comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information and enjoys working as a trusted advisor. You'll be the central point of contact for the CEO, helping to manage their diary, coordinate key meetings and handle a variety of administrative and communication tasks.

proactive problem-solver
with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise the CEO's schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, papers and minutes for management, Board and AGM meetings.
* Manage the CEO's task list, prepare presentations and papers, handle travel arrangements, and process expense claims. You'll also assist with general office administration to ensure things run smoothly.
* You'll also be in charge of the CEO's travel arrangements and event coordination, preparing their expense claims and overseeing documentation for credit card expenditure.
* You will also be responsible for booking hotel accommodations, organising and managing the CEO's physical and electronic files.
* You will assist the CEO with all incoming and outgoing correspondence, whether by phone, email or written communication.
* You will liaise with staff and stakeholders to facilitate communication with the CEO and prepare the quarterly staff newsletter and other internal communications.
* You will support the CEO with external networking and proactively keep them informed of important issues.
* You will also assist with the administration of various project work as required.
What You'll Bring:
* 3-5 years of experience in an Executive Assistance position.
* Exceptional organisational skills and time management.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
* A respectful and confidential approach to sensitive information.
Role Details:
* This is a part-time role, 3 days per week for
21 hours per week.
* There is flexibility on days and times - to be agreed with successful candidate.
* Flexibility will be required for attending Board meetings (approximately 6 times per year).
* The position is based in Dublin 1.
* Salary: €50,000 per annum / €30,000 prorated.
