We're working with a forward-thinking client who is a leader in mechanical and decarbonisation projects across Ireland.
With a growing portfolio of innovative, energy-efficient projects, they're now looking to expand their commercial team with a dedicated Quantity Surveyor.
Working hours: 8:*******:00 (Mon/Thu) and 8:*******:00 (Fri).

Role Responsibilities
Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
Managing contract variations, valuations, and interim applications
Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
Ensuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligations
Supporting project planning and risk management activities
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectors
Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach to cost management
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
