Cronin Security & Fire Systems are currently seeking experienced Security & Fire Engineers to join our ever-growing company. We currently employ over 70 staff across our three sectors Cronin Electrical, Cronin Solar and Cronin Security & Fire Systems. Be part of our Team
This role will offer the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from Domestic housing, social housing and Commercial.
The Ideal candidate would have 3+ Years experience with Security & Fire Systems but this is not essential. 3+ Years in either sector will be considered as training will be provided
The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of Security & Fire Systems such as:
* CCTV Systems (HD & IP)
* Intruder alarm systems
* Access control systems
* Intercom Systems
* Fire Alarm, Aspiration and Disabled Refuge Systems
Key Responsibilities
* Install, commission, and maintain fire & security systems in accordance with industry standards and company procedures
* Diagnose and repair faults on a range of Security & Fire Systems
* Build strong relations with existing and potential customers
* Work both independently and as part of a team
* Ensure compliance with PSA & NSAI regulations and Health and Safety
Required Experience and Skills
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Security or Fire systems
* Strong aptitude with CCTV, Intruder Alarms, Access Control or Fire Systems
* Full, clean driving licence
* Strong communication and fault-finding skills
Desirable Skills
* IT/networking knowledge
* Experience with fire alarm systems and security systems
* A Willingness to learn both competencies
