About the Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the management and operation of our residential service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the service are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies.
Key Responsibilities
* To manage and coordinate daily operations, including staff supervision, resident care planning, and quality assurance initiatives;
* To develop and implement strategies to enhance resident outcomes, promote independence, and foster a culture of excellence within the organisation;
* To build relationships with external stakeholders, including health professionals, community groups, and government agencies;
* To participate in performance improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery efficiency while maintaining high standards;
Suitable Applicants Will Possess:,
A strong educational background preferably at degree level or above from an institution accredited by QQI (Quality Quality Quality Ireland) system;
a minimum three years' experience working as a senior manager or supervisor within healthcare/social services industry
