About the Role:
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding health insurance, claims, and hospitalization, providing timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
* Assist in coordinating client hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations, and other cases as required.
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
* Strengthen data management practices to handle customer information securely and efficiently, aligning with industry best practices for data protection and privacy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in a customer-focused role with administrative capacity, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Flexibility to work within rotating shift patterns and adapt to changing priorities.
* Valid EU work permit and ability to work full-time year-round.
* Fluency in English and second language (German).
