We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be afforded all necessary training and development in line with the role. Key responsibilities include managing staff, attending meetings, reviewing reports, and ensuring personal plans are developed.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage field care supervisors and staff assigned to work within your territory.
* Attend weekly department meetings and review minutes of previous meetings.
* Prepare agendas and review MDT reports or new referrals etc.
* Review incident/accident reports and make recommendations for improved safety practice.
* Ensure personal plans are developed prior to any case setup.
* Foster a sales-focused environment within the department.
* E nsure all shifts are covered.
* Supervise and support staff.
* Liaise with external agencies as required and build business relationships.
* Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) activity targets.
