Job Description:
This role involves providing exceptional customer service and sales guidance to customers through inbound calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering expert advice on health insurance policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Third Level Qualification or 1-2 years experience in a customer service or sales role
* Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering sales and first-class service
* Results-driven with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
* Excellent communication, influencing, and customer service skills
* Highly proficient in written and spoken English
* Accredited Product Advisor (APA/CIP or Dip PMI) qualification or willingness to undertake same
* Technical skills and proficiency in computer systems
* Demonstrated alignment with company values
