The Brandon Hotel is known for timeless elegance, personalised service, and a dedication to creating memorable stays for every guest. We are currently seeking a detail oriented professional individual to represent our hotel.
Key responsibilities are:
* Handle group & tour reservations accurately.
* Maintain up to date knowledge of room types, rates, promotions and hotel amenities.
* Coordinate with the front office and other departments to ensure guest requests are met.
* Update the hotel website/booking engines & social media
* Inputting rates and T&C's for tours & privates
* Dealing with meeting room bookings & enquiries
* Ability to multi task and work in a busy environment
* Experience with Hotsoft is desirable and a distinct advantage
* Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
Job specifications:
* Previous experience in hotel reservations, front office, or a related customer service role preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with hotel booking systems would be an advantage
* A professional, courteous demeaner and ability to remain calm under pressure.
