Coordinated Support Services
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for Support Services. As a key member of our services team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering support programs that address the non-medical needs of individuals impacted by cancer.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, community organizations, and health professionals to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the delivery of our counseling program, including managing budgets, supervising staff, and evaluating service quality.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design and develop new support programs to improve non-medical services for individuals impacted by cancer.
* Coordinate and lead the delivery of counseling services, including managing grants and reporting procedures.
* Develop policies and processes to administer counseling and coaching programs.
* Evaluate and continuously improve service quality, including monitoring and evaluation systems.
Person Specification:
* A degree or professional qualification in Social Work, Community Development, Health & Social Care, Nursing, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in program coordination, project management, design, and implementation of new services and stakeholder engagement.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Strong facilitation and training skills.
* Excellent organizational, administration, and coordination skills.
