This company have extensive expertise in the delivery of many of Ireland's flagship building projects.Role responsibilities:Oversee high head count construction sites and sub-contractors.Manage daily site operations to meet targets and quality standards.Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor workflow against project schedules.Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget, and complies with Health & Safety.Requirements Trade Qualification or Construction Related DegreeKnowledge of latest Building regulations and standardsPrevious experience employed with a Main contractor on Medium to large scale projects5+ years of Finishing Foreman experienceFor further information -Please apply with your CV in confidence.
