The role
Value Stream Manager
Department: OperationsReports to: Operations DirectorOperating Company: DePuy, Cork, Ireland
Job Purpose: Plan, direct and control all activities within DePuy for one or more Value Streams and ensure approved products are manufactured in accordance with customer requirements and cost objectives in a quality controlled, safe manner.
Responsibilities
Lead, empower and develop people, facilitating a continuous improvement culture with a growth mindset.
Improve communication channels such as daily production meetings, value stream planning meetings and monthly value stream communications.
Demonstrate strong leadership and a clear identifiable work ethos within the Value Stream.
Identify training needs of staff and opportunities/assignments for development to improve their potential.
Act as mentor through formal and informal interactions.
Ensure adequate tools are in place to effectively lead personnel.
Actively participate in selection and recruitment of new employees.
Improve and maintain a team‑based approach within the Value Stream team.
Complete constructive performance appraisals.
Handle absence, lates and ER issues in line with company policies, Credo values and standards of leadership.
Develop team & individual goals and objectives to track performance and provide timely feedback.
Maintain the Credo‑based culture within the Value Stream.
Reward and recognise success of teams and individuals.
Improve and maintain customer focus, prioritise production, drive continuous improvement and work with planning to minimise back‑order and safety stock concerns.
Implement safety, health and environment (HSE) policies and investigate accidents, incidents and near misses.
Assume Emergency Response Co‑ordinator role as required.
Ensure manufacturing operations meet GMP, HSE and quality requirements.
Hold people accountable for Value Stream results, implement business plan objectives, reduce cost, and promote innovative solutions.
Recommend capital investment in production equipment and manage variations in manufacturing demands.
Ensure quality, conformance to GMP, HSEEE, and cGMP.
Lead in eliminating repeat close calls and potential recalls with QA.

Qualifications
Third level Qualification.
Proven track record in operations leadership or leadership in operations support functions.
Preferred: Degree/Master's in Business Administration or equivalent.
Strong history of high performance within the Healthcare / Medical Devices Sector.
Sr. Manager, Product Master Operations
Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland (global role with multiple locations)
Key Responsibilities
Lead global Product Master Operations within SC&O Systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant creation and maintenance of product master data.
Own operational execution and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Establish scalable data governance standards and controls.
Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Manufacturing, IT, Planning, and Commercial teams.
Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing global team.
Define and monitor key operational metrics and risks.
Drive standardization and simplification across regions.
Identify automation opportunities and apply AI-enabled analytics.
Support business continuity and transformation readiness.

Qualifications

Experience managing global teams and multi‑ERP environments.
Knowledge of product master data and regulated environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Manager, Finished Goods Supply Planning (Remote Ireland)
Reports to: Director, Finished Goods Supply Planning. Location: County Clare, Ireland (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Directly manage up to 8 associates across EMEA and North America.
Identify and implement plans to improve OTD and inventory.
Collaborate with EMEA L&D on freight and material handling costs.
Lead large cross‑functional groups on improvement initiatives.
Work with demand planning to create and adjust inventory plans.
Report group progress against KPIs (employee engagement, OTD, inventory, product availability).
Use Danaher Business System to drive innovation and change.
Qualifications
Honours Bachelor's Degree (Level 8) in Supply Chain or 4‑year Master's degree.
Minimum 6 years of experience; 2 years managing multiple associates.
Experience leading cross‑functional groups.
Excellent communication and methodical work skills.
Fluency in a second language and APICS certification are pluses.
Travel: up to 10-20% internationally and domestically; remote role requires travel to site 2‑4 times per month.
Technology Sr. Manager, EMEA Commercial
Reports to: DePuy Synthes Technology organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead EMEA Commercial IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Finance leaders.
Oversee delivery of commercial platforms (CRM, analytics, pricing).
Manage portfolio of IT projects and programs.
Lead and develop internal teams and external partners.
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation and simplification of commercial processes.
Act as key stakeholder in global IT governance and vendor management.
Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
Preferred: Master's degree or MBA.
8‑10 years of progressive IT experience, including leadership in commercial or customer‑facing functions.
Experience delivering large‑scale IT solutions in a global environment.
Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
Experience in a regulated environment with compliance and security requirements.
Knowledge of EMEA business models and market dynamics.
Familiarity with agile delivery methods and modern product‑centric IT operating models.
Fluency in English required; additional European languages preferred.
Travel up to 20‑30% regionally across EMEA.
Product Manager – AI & Digital (Orthopaedics)
Reports to: Director of Digital Strategy & Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with senior stakeholders to create vision and strategy for product portfolio.
Develop business cases and financial plans for portfolios.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams to execute solutions on time and at cost.
Drive product strategy and life‑cycle plan, ensuring alignment with broader digital roadmap.
Qualifications
Host a track record in product management within MedTech or related industry.
Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in AI & digital initiatives and technology platforms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Preferred: Product Manager certification or related credential.
