Bookkeeper Required
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our finance function.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
* Prepare and submit RCT returns.
* Assist with VAT returns and Revenue compliance.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve queries.
* Manage subcontractor payments and ensure accurate record keeping.
* Support payroll processing and year-end preparation.
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in a similar bookkeeping role.
* A relevant accounting qualification is advantageous.
* Strong working knowledge of RCT returns and Revenue Online System (ROS).
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or Quick Books.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
