Job Title: Care Leader
About the Role:
The Care Leader will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
• Manage staff teams to provide support to individuals, coordinating input from other departments as required.
• Oversee service delivery across shifts, ensuring effective and efficient services are provided within the centre.
• Maintain infection control standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
• Level 7/8 degree in Health or Social Services (or equivalent management qualification in healthcare).
• 3+ years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
