Position: Content & Social Lead / Content & Social Account Director (Full Time) – Brand & Content Division

About the Role: Legacy Communications is looking for a senior content and social professional to join our Brand & Content team in Dublin. This is a senior hire and only candidates with direct, relevant experience will be considered. We won’t be responding to applications that don’t meet the brief.
This is a high-energy, dual-track role for someone who loves the detail of making great work as much as they love the bigger picture of building something. You will work closely with the Head of Brand & Content across a portfolio of key accounts, getting stuck into day-to-day delivery while also contributing meaningfully to divisional strategy and growth. We want someone who can inspire clients and colleagues alike on what great social looks like, and who brings genuine creative vision to everything they touch.
What you’ll do:
Client, Account and Project Leadership:
Lead content and social strategy across a range of key accounts, managing client relationships at a senior level day to day
Take strong ownership of projects from brief to execution, including timings, budgets, team coordination and external supplier management
Help bring clients on the journey, educating and inspiring them on best‑in‑class social and content
Oversee the quality and consistency of content output across your accounts, maintaining financial accountability throughout
Content Creation and Production
(ideal) Shoot and edit mobile first, short form organic content
Direct and manage videographers, photographers and creators to bring creative visions to life
Develop platform appropriate content concepts and campaigns that perform
Stay consistently ahead of social trends and platform developments, bringing fresh thinking to clients and the team
Divisional Growth and Strategy
Partner with the Head of Brand & Content on divisional strategy, new business pitches and both divisional & agency growth
Contribute to business development activity, helping to identify and convert new opportunities
Act as an inspiration point internally and externally for what great social and content should look like
Support and mentor junior team members, with line management a possibility
What We're Looking For
Around ~7 years’ experience in content and social roles, agency-side experience essential
Experience with a clear emphasis on video, short form content and production
Proven ability to operate at both strategic and executional level, comfortable leading a brief and getting hands on with delivery
Strong project management skills with experience owning budgets, timelines and resource planning across multiple accounts simultaneously
Experience in capacity planning and managing both internal teams and external creative suppliers
Experience managing and directing video and content production, from concept through to publish
A strong creative eye and a genuine point of view on what great content looks like is essential
A view point on, or an established network of trusted videographers, photographers and creators you can call on
A strong understanding of the social media landscape across all major platforms
A track record of managing client relationships independently at a senior level, including financial management and reporting
Hands‑on proficiency with Canva, CapCut and mobile capture, with confidence and creativity in shooting and editing short‑form content natively
A genuine love of social trends and the curiosity to stay consistently ahead of them
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Experience working on above the line campaigns or integrated brand work alongside social and content (desirable)
