Branch Manager Job Description

Main Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, hire, coach and retain an engaged team through ongoing coaching and leading by example.
2. Ensure that team members demonstrate sales-focused and customer-centric behaviours when interacting with customers.
3. Provide a welcoming environment to customers through effective facility maintenance and labour and vendor management.
4. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address their concerns quickly.
5. Identify and celebrate operational successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
6. Experience in managing financial performance including payroll, repair and maintenance and expense budgets.
7. Conduct regular property audits, ensuring properties are safe and meet all operational standards.
8. Manage delinquent tenant process, including coaching teams to reduce delinquency rates and improve customer retention.
9. Communicate effectively with employees, colleagues and customers.
Skill Requirements:
1. Demonstrated leadership competency in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams. 2. Record of top tier performance compared to peers and/or industry standards. 3. Passion for sales and customer service excellence. 4. Ability to monitor and control finances. 5. Exceptional communication, organisation and time management skills. 6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 7. 3rd Level Education preferred but not required.
