Leisure Club Attendant Role Overview
This role is ideal for team players who have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. As a Leisure Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe and efficient environment for club members.
* You will act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email.
* You will ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
* You will assist the Manager in marketing and upselling the club services.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Prior experience as a lifeguard is essential.
* A National Certification or equivalent qualification is also required.
* You should be able to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a desire to progress in your career.
