Role Overview
As a Business Admin for Sales, you will support the sales team in managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination for ERP/CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with proposals, quotations, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for ERP/CRM solution delivery.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare reports, analyze sales data, and support forecasting activities.
Handle administrative tasks related to contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
Contribute to process improvements and customer experience initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales support or business administration (IT industry preferred).
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
