Job Title: Health and Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement, improve, and enhance the site's safety management system.
* Support and advise managers to ensure legislative compliance and improve health and safety in the business.
* Conduct regular meetings with managers and supervisors.
* Support managers in performing risk assessments and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant third-level qualification in Occupational Health and Safety.
* Experience working in a manufacturing/food production company is desirable.
* Thorough knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
