Overview
The Jaspersoft Customer Success team is committed to building mutually beneficial relationships with clients through active engagement, understanding their unique projects, and partnering to enhance their success with our products. The Customer Success Architect (CSA) provides technical expertise related to Jaspersoft, working alongside the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to ensure customer adoption, expansion, and renewal, aiming to grow the Jaspersoft footprint.
Primary Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement (~75%) - Collaborate directly with clients, guiding technical enablement and building trusted relationships.
* Training & Development (~15%) - Stay current with corporate and customer training, maintain awareness of all Jaspersoft products, and participate in ongoing initiatives.
* Digital Library & Community (~10%) - Contribute to the development and maintenance of Jaspersoft’s Digital Library and Community content.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients.
* Act as a subject matter expert across Jaspersoft products, performing demonstrations and training.
* Provide technical support in planning, deployment, performance troubleshooting, and extended support.
* Collaborate with internal teams and promote sharing of insights and feedback.
* Identify and communicate upsell opportunities.
* Engage in content development for the Digital Library & Community.
* Report on engagement status and technical issues.
Qualifications
* 10+ years in software development, solutions architecture, or related fields with customer interaction experience.
* Strong Java development and integration skills.
* Experience with multiple platforms, cloud deployments, web APIs, databases, HTML/CSS, and architecture frameworks.
* Customer management and communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related; Master’s preferred.
* Language skills: English required; additional languages a plus.
* Willingness to travel occasionally.
