Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Global and Regional Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance to identify their key data use cases and needs.
Democratize data analytics across the team to ensure all business functions are data‑driven.
Design, build data analytics models and product insights reports used as a single source of truth by internal teams.
Design, build data insights services/products and tools to support GTM and propositions to customers.
Support data engineering and product teams in designing a new data analytics & insights platform.
Provide data insights to executive leadership to drive decision making, identify threats and opportunities.
Design product development data principles and data governance frameworks and drive implementation.
Support product strategic initiatives that rely on data insights (go‑to‑market strategy definition, partnership model, etc.).

Passion for data analytics and using data and AI to drive product strategy and business decision making.
Ability to communicate with different business teams and customers, identify needs, and translate into data analytics model requirements.
Ability to translate complex big data outputs into clear business narratives and messages, and present to business teams, executives, and customers.
Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver actionable insights.
Experience working with data engineering teams to understand data sources, ETL, design data dictionaries and metric computation methodologies.
Demonstrated ability in data analytics roles.
Hands‑on experience in SQL programming.
Experience with visualization platforms such as Tableau (preferred) or PowerBI.
Python programming and Alteryx knowledge is a plus.
Experience designing, building data insights services/products for external customers is a plus.
Consulting experience and global roles with cross‑team collaboration is a plus.
