We are now seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to lead our night operations.
The Role
As Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's operations during the overnight shift, ensuring safety, security, and exceptional guest service at all times. You'll act as the main point of contact for guests and staff, and ensure smooth handover to the daytime team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage nightly hotel operations, including front desk and security.
* Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
* Handle reservations, guest requests, and issue resolution.
* Complete nightly audits and reports.
* Ensure health & safety, security, and fire procedures are followed.
* Lead and support the night team, providing guidance and training.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for next-day readiness.
* Maintain lobby, reception, and hotel appearance during the night shift.
What We're Looking For
* Previous hotel or hospitality management experience (night shift preferred).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
* Excellent customer service mindset.
* Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Opera, HiltonONQ or PEP ) is an advantage.
* Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
