CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER II Endoscopy Department (Part-time 20hrs substantive post)Applications from suitably qualified persons are invited to apply for the above rolePurpose of this Role:The CNM2 is responsible for quality assurance, overseeing and maintaining high standards of clinical practice, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources. Key duties include managing staffing levels, fostering staff development and promoting practice development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the nursing team.
