Are you a people-focused People Advisor?
Looking for a role where you can use your understanding of legislation, HR knowledge, and personal initiative to provide high-quality customer service and support to all levels of the business?
Do you have a proven background in delivering strong outcomes and building excellent relationships?
If so, we have an opportunity for a People Advisor to join our People team in Dublin.
This role will be based from home a couple of days a week but with travel to stores 2-3 days a week. If no issues arise, it can be to one of the local Dublin stores, but may involve supporting managers in-store, which requires travel, including occasional overnight stays during induction trips to Basecamp, Cork Head Office, and the UK Head Office.
The Impact you will have in this role includes:
* Providing supportive advice to colleagues across the business throughout the employee lifecycle
* Ensuring case documentation and administration are completed promptly, accurately, and stored correctly
* Identifying potential employee relation cases and minimizing risk through proactive communication with managers
* Supporting meetings and processes with relevant legal and company policy guidance
* Keeping legal team, senior management, and People Partners updated to mitigate risks
* Managing absenteeism effectively, including monitoring, home visits, occupational health referrals, and accommodations
* Promoting awareness of absence procedures and wellbeing support
* Providing quality administrative customer service through People Support team
* Staying updated on legislation through courses and seminars
* Supporting division/department projects and initiatives
* Building trusting relationships with management and providing valuable insights
* Implementing People initiatives with operational and colleague experience considerations
* Managing business changes smoothly and transparently
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes

As our future People Advisor, you will have:
In-depth knowledge of Irish employment law, contractual rights, records management, data protection, and company policies. Experience in a confidential HR/People environment, preferably in retail or logistics.
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
Awareness of financial constraints and their impact on budgets and P&L, with a responsible approach to costs.
Ideally Level 5 CIPD qualification, with a score of 400 in the leavers certificate, or equivalent.
