What's the Opportunity?
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Rep
to drive revenue growth and manage key accounts within
department stores, boutiques, and pharmacies
across the Leinster Region. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with previous experience
fashion or pharma retail
, particularly in
hosiery, accessories, and seasonal gifting.
Sounds great, what does my day to day look like?
* Account Management & Business Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners, ensuring consistent repeat orders and revenue growth.
* Sales Strategy & Journey Planning: Follow a structured 6-8 week cycle per location, ensuring maximum coverage and efficiency.
* Product Sales & Education
:
Promote a diverse product range, including hosiery, lingerie, jewelry, sunglasses, and Christmas gifts.
* New Business Development
:
Identify and onboard new retail partners, expanding the company's footprint in the market.
* Trade Shows & Networking
:
Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events to build awareness and drive sales.
* Flexible Work Approach
:
Spend one day per week in Blanchardstown, with flexibility on Fridays for remote or office-based work.
So what do you need from me in terms of experience?
* Proven sales experience in the fashion or pharma industry, preferably selling into department stores, boutiques, and pharmacies.
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to increase revenue and drive growth in a structured, repeatable sales cycle.
* Experience in journey planning and managing overnight travel when required.
* Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
* A motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for retail sales.
