About Your New Job Key Responsibilities: As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for the below duties Oversee the provision of returns from insurers, including certification, validation, and audits. Manage governance structures and processes related to the Risk Equalisation Fund. Prepare regular accounting reports and assist in financial reviews and audits. Preparation of management accounts, including reconciliations, budgeting, and taxation returns. Lead internal audits and work with external auditors on pre-audit preparation. Collaborate with internal and external auditors and provide support in various accounting functions. What Skills You Need Essential: Postgraduate accounting qualification with membership of ACCA, ACA, CIMA. Minimum 3+ years experience in a similar role. Management accounting experience Strong project management and governance skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Desirable: Experience in a Small Medium Enterprise or Public Sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
