Job Description Clinic Reopening October 2025 ClearSkin by NuaCell is undergoing an exciting transformation under new management. We are relaunching this well-established laser and skin clinic with a fresh brand, enhanced treatments, and an ambitious vision. The clinic is temporarily closed for renovations and upgrades, with a planned reopening in October 2025. This is a unique opportunity to join the new team from the ground up and play a key role in shaping the clinics next chapter. We are now hiring a Senior Laser Therapist to deliver world-class treatments and contribute to the clinical leadership of the team. This is a career-building role for someone experienced in laser therapy who is ready to mentor junior staff, lead treatment innovation, and grow into a managerial role in a respected, doctor-led environment. Who Were Looking For: A qualified and confident laser therapist with a passion for delivering results Someone ambitious and motivated to grow into a leadership role Strong interest in developing bespoke treatments and expanding clinic services Professional, empathetic, and client-focused attitude Primary Duties Perform high-standard laser treatments using systems such as: Candela / Alma Lasers / IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) / HydraFacial / Caci Ultra Conduct thorough client consultations and design tailored treatment plans Maintain exceptional hygiene, safety, and clinical standards in all treatments Support onboarding and training of new therapists as the team expands Assist in the development and refinement of new services and protocols Contribute to stock control, treatment documentation, and clinic operations Collaborate closely with management and medical leadership to ensure clinical excellence Other Salary Information Performance-Based Bonus Scheme Salary can exceed the advertised range based on experience and qualifications Flexi-time arrangement available within a 40-hour work week Opportunities for career progression and internal promotion Requirements Essential: Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Laser and IPL Treatments (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in laser and skincare treatments Proven experience operating devices such as IPL, HydraFacial, Alma, Candela, or Caci Ultra Ability to consult independently and design effective laser protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid work permit or visa for employment in Ireland Preferred (but not essential): Experience training junior therapists or leading a team Experience contributing to social media, marketing, or clinic promotions Interest in treatment development and launching new product lines Familiarity with clinical skincare (e.g. ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Natroceutics) Skills: Communication & Empathy Laser Treatments Min.
