Working in a dynamic environment utilising latest technologies to create solutions to address customer requirements.Meeting our customers current and future requirements by listening to their business needs and then designing technical solutions based on the Three IOT/ICT product portfolio to meet those needs. Many of our customers are large corporates or large government agencies who have very interesting & complex requirements.Working with the various business sales teams to position Three solutions ahead of other providers, with innovative thinking and skillful presentation both verbally and in writing & demonstrations.Combining technical knowledge, industry insight and an ability to communicate at all levels with internally and externally, to win customer mindset in mobility/IoT solutions and that Three is the right company to contract with. Ensuring the solutions follow our buy, Build & in-life process’s to ensure a smooth delivery by Three’s implementation team and a seamless handover to our in-life support teams.This role is ideal for people who are passionate about technology, enjoys communicating with people and want to help invent the future ensuring the mobile/IoT security of customers and that Three is their chosen provider for these managed services.What else it involvesResponsibility and accountability for the customer design of Three’s mobile and mobile security ICT solutions including connectivity of Three’s 3CS and IoT portfolio to position the right solution to meet customer needs.Handling all aspects of the design of a solution, including handover to the business implementation teams in a manner that enables them build the solution for the customer.Working with the ICT/IOT Agile Tribe and Chapters to communicate any customer needs beyond our current portfolio.Act as the voice of the customer to help define potential new innovative solution requirementsDocumenting the design both in written form & presenting to the customer using powerpoint or other tools as requiredExcellent communication skills to listen to customer needs, recap their needs, spot gaps in their current setup and demonstrate three’s breath of mobility, security & ICT/IoT solutions.Working with our Account Director(s) and account managers to develop technical solutions for their customer needs.Working with the Three managed service desk to support upskilling their knowledge on the various ICT/IoT solutions consumed by our customers(in-life).Maintaining knowledge of the solutions offered by Threes competitors and feeding this into the ICT/IoT Agile Tribe & chapters to ensure we stay aligned or ahead of our competitors and future market trends in the health vertical.Assisting the account managers in building quote/proposals for customer requirements, building commercial evaluation of the solutions incorporating the costs and customer sell price.Ability to work with senior mobility expert on large complex solution and across Centres of excellence to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and addressing any gaps/concerns are dealt with quickly to move a customer proposal forward.Interact with Three’s core network and technology teams to ensure viability of solutions.Own the technical relationship for each of the customers use of Three’s solutions and their needs.Personal CharacteristicsResults based with a strong focus on Customer experience.Problem solving skills.Passionate about learning.Strong commercial and business acumen.Open minded and comfortable with change and ambiguity.Strong interpersonal skills.Skills we’re looking forMaintaining technical knowledge through training and self-learning on technologies such as MDM/EMM(including Workspace One & Intune, Citrix, Soti), Mobile security solutions including MFA, Fixed wireless access, Cisco Umbrella, APNs,SMS platforms. Experience with IoT device solutions desirable but not essential.Responsibility and accountability for the customer design of Three’s mobile and mobile security ICT solutions including connectivity of Three’s 3CS and IoT portfolio to position the right solution to meet customer needsHandling all aspects of the design of a solution, including handover to the business implementation teams in a manner that enables them build the solution for the customer.5yrs + Experience at working with sales teams and providing presales support for themHave a degree in BSc in Engineering Science or equivalent industry certificationsExcellent technical knowledge in mobile some or all of the following - EMM/MDD, IoT and security services.Ability to work with senior experts on large complex solutions and across Centres of excellence to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and addressing any gaps/concerns are dealt with quickly to move a customer proposal forward.Strong knowledge of the solutions offered by other providers or vendors to ensure our sales channels and products teams are kept aware of market shifts to enhance our offerigns.Ability to cost technical solutions, gathering details from multiple sources and building into a business case. The output of which is a customer proposal document Direct experience at selling to all Business types and sizesAbility to use Visio or similar design documentation tools.Strong understanding of communications technologies such as MFA, EMM/MDM, VPN, IPSec, APN and 3G-5G services to deliver mobility solutions.Good technical knowledge of Cloud services & Enterprise Managed mobility in one or more of the following: Citrix, Avanti, Workspace one or Microsoft Intune.Some practical experience with XDR technologies & MFA would be of benefit.Benefits of Working at ThreeFlexible working with our new Hybrid model, our employees will enjoy more flexibility working from home and our office locations (3 days per week office based).
