As they continue to expand their client portfolio, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team. As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be a vital link between their clients and the finance team, ensuring the seamless delivery of accounting and reporting services. Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of managed clients.
o Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and strategic discussions.
o Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality financial services and meeting client expectations.
* Financial Services Delivery:
o Oversee and coordinate the provision of accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory services to clients.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
o Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and add value to client relationships.
* Team Collaboration:
o Work closely with the finance team to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
o Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services.
* Client Growth and Retention:
o Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
o Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
o Actively participate in business development initiatives to attract new clients.
Qualifications:
* Qualified Accountant with at least 8 years PQE
* Proven experience in client management within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
