Renowned construction firm seeks an experienced project cost manager to oversee project expenditures and maintain alignment with the authorized financial plan.
* Evaluate and manage project expenses to ensure effective resource allocation.
* Manage construction contracts, handle alteration requests, and tackle contractual matters efficiently.
* Organize project documentation meticulously and compile comprehensive reports for relevant stakeholders.

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
