Chef de Partie Position
Camile Thai Sligo is seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie to join their kitchen.
Responsibilities:
1. Work on main courses and starters.
2. Ensure food quality and production meet customer expectations.
3. Help manage stock levels.
4. Assist head chef and senior chefs during service.
5. Maintain kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
6. Run a section of the kitchen with junior chefs.
