Implementations Consultant (Mid-Senior) – Finance Software
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – just 2 days in office per month)
Salary: €60,000-€70,000 + 10% bonus, pension, private health, and more
Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid working: Primarily remote, with two fixed office days per month (every second Monday).
What you'll be doing
* Own implementation projects end-to-end – discovery through to go-live.
* Design solutions, write specifications, configure systems, and manage data mapping/API integrations.
* Act as the main client contact, handling workshops, UAT, and escalations.
* Produce clear documentation and technical playbooks.
* Work closely with internal consultants and engineers, but remain accountable for delivery.
* Contribute to scaling internal processes as the business grows.
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations.
* Hands-on ownership – you've personally designed, configured, and delivered projects (not just handed requirements to developers).
* Strong communication: able to explain complex concepts simply and handle tough conversations with clients.
* Technical capability in SQL, data mapping, and APIs (or a strong willingness to learn fast).
* Exposure to finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Tipalti, Glantus, etc.) is a big advantage.
* Experience working in smaller teams or scaling businesses where you wore multiple hats.
