Senior Operations Manager
This role involves leading and supporting operational managers in delivering exceptional service, governance, and compliance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing complex services, with expertise in team management, development, and collaboration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and fostering a positive work environment. They will work closely with the Director of Service to develop and implement strategic plans, manage resources effectively, and address any operational challenges that may arise.
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
* A relevant qualification in Social Care or a related discipline
* Significant experience in managing and/or delivering complex services within the health or social care sector
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, build strong relationships, and lead by example
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* Eligibility to work in Ireland and access to own transport
