Job Title: Key Retail Operations Leader
The role of Key Retail Operations Leader is to oversee the day-to-day activities of a dynamic team within a fast-paced automotive parts environment.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* To lead and motivate a large team to put their best foot forward, including line management responsibility for the branch team
* Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to ensure that we hit our daily sales targets and operational KPIs
* To have an enthusiastic willingness to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment, as our people are our most valuable asset
* To ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front and driving our safety first culture
* To actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values and promote a customer focused mindset within the branch
* To work collaboratively with our field based teams to ensure that we are maximising on customer opportunity
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership experience and great communication skills to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity
