We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part Qualified Accountant to join our client's dynamic team!
In this vital role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our accounts administration, working closely with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Senior Accounts Administrator, you will play a key role in managing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments while providing accurate financial reporting.
Your expertise will help us maintain fruitful relationships with clients and vendors alike, aiding in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

If you're ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to impactful construction projects while fostering relationships across various departments, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesManage all accounts payable and receivable functions.Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.Monitor project budgets and provide updates to project managers.Process and verify invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.Assist in financial audits and support the preparation of audit documentation.Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field would be desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts administration, preferably in the construction industry.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
