Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project needs and company policies.
* Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to secure cost-effective agreements.
* Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to forecast procurement needs.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
* Manage the deployment, maintenance, and servicing of heavy plant and equipment.
* Develop preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
* Oversee inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of plant performance, costs, and compliance audits.
* Develop and oversee logistics strategies for the supply of materials and equipment.
* Plan transport routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
* Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site managers for smooth material flow.
