About the Position
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in Dublin, overseeing projects from inception to delivery.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate programme and working budget with manager, aligning labour and plant budgets, and prioritising activities.
* Analyse problem areas, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
* Manage information flow and documentation, including preparing contract-related documents.
* Track dockets, approve labour & plant allocation sheets, and arrange weekly site meetings.
* Support foreman, review outputs and costs, and provide feedback to the Tendering department.
* Oversee project cash flow, report progress, and procure subcontract and supplier packages.
Requirements
* Degree, HND, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Construction/Engineering/Logistics.
* Proven track record in delivering construction/civils/logistics operations.
* Management skills, commercial awareness, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
