On behalf of our client in Dublin City Centre, we are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
3. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
4. Handle correspondence and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
5. Assist in project coordination and tracking deadlines to ensure timely completion.
6. Support various administrative tasks as needed, including expense reporting and office management.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior management.
2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
