About the Role:
This role requires a seasoned leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, maintaining and improving service delivery standards and procedures, business performance management, sales optimization and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aimed at achieving 3X10X growth across all service lines.
2. Maintain and improve on our world-class service delivery standards and procedures.
3. Deliver on strategic initiatives aligned to budget performance including forecasting and insights across monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
4. Oversee pipeline management, decision-making processes, and conversion performance.
