Design Build Search is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in residential construction on behalf of our client, a residential builder with an upcoming project in Co.
Kildare.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a passionate, fast-growing team where your development is supported and genuine career progression is available Responsibilities: Manage all on-site construction activities for residential projects (houses, apartments, or mixed developments).
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site operatives to maintain workflow and meet programme deadlines.
Ensure site logistics are planned effectively, including deliveries, waste management, and material storage.
Monitor daily progress and maintain site diaries and progress reports.
Enforce strict compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
Act as primary point of contact on site for subcontractors, consultants, and inspectors Requirements: 57 years experience managing residential construction sites (new-build housing).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, trades coordination, and site sequencing.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead site teams.
Solid understanding of building regulations, NHBC/LABC requirements, and H&S legislation.
Experience delivering homes through to completion and handover.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Competent with site documentation, digital reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Skills: Residential Construction Site Management
