A leading consultancy is seeking a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing Customer & Digital practice. THIS IS A BRAND NEW PERMANENT ROLE
THEY OPERATE A HYBRID MODEL WHERE YOU WILL BE ONSITE 2 DAYS A WEEK
THIS ROLE IS PAYING €45,000 - €55,000 BASE AND PACKAGE
THIS ROLE WILL SIT WITHIN A BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION SOLUTIONS TEAM
Key Bits To The Role:
* Leading customer technology engagements, supporting CRM and digital solution design and implementation
* Managing and facilitating agile and hybrid delivery projects
* Conducting workshops to gather, prioritise and document business and user requirements
* Designing and optimising business processes using Lean and process mapping techniques
* Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting product and solution strategy
* Driving innovation in customer-facing services and digital touchpoints
* Supporting implementation of CRM platforms and emerging technologies such as AI
* Translating customer insights and data into actionable strategies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Curiosity and a passion for digital innovation
* Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach
Ideal Experience:
1. 2+ years of experience in customer experience, product ownership, or technology-led transformation
2. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
3. Working knowledge of agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
4. Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), Martech, CPQ and customer analytics
5. Background in Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies
