We are seeking an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing sales orders, updating price listings and customer data, liaising with production and distribution teams, responding to and resolving customer queries, and preparing KPI reports for management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receiving and processing sales orders from key corporate and commercial clients

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level qualification in business studies or a relevant discipline
* 2-3+ years of strong customer/client services experience ideally gained in a B2B role
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Strong IT skills, including ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite
