Customer obsessed, high energy and love learning every day? If that sounds like you, earn €450+ per week as a Customer Assistant on our standard 30 hour contract. You’ll work across different shift times, on varied tasks and with different colleagues.
What does a normal day as a Customer Assistant look like? (There’s no such thing as “normal” in retail, but we’ve tried our best!)
As a Customer Assistant you are required to sell alcohol; therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
Shift Patterns
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am with your team, you’ll be getting our award-winning products fully stocked on the shop floor and our bakery products ready for customers to enjoy by opening time.
* Middle shift: Starting mid-morning or early afternoon, you’ll ensure stores are clean, well presented and products remain fresh while helping customers and working on tills to minimise queues.
* Late shift: From the afternoon start time, you’ll ensure an excellent customer experience by serving on tills, restocking items and preparing the store for the next day.
What You'll Do
* Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
* Following stock loss controls in all areas of the store
* Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Following freshness and rotation principles
* Managing waste correctly
* Assisting in the stock count process
What You'll Need
* A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills
* The willingness to go the extra mile for customers
* Responsible and reliable
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, varied environment
* A good team player
* Preferably, previous experience in a customer-facing role, but not essential if you have the right attitude

* Year 1: Basic €15.10; Unsocial €18.88; Overtime/Sundays €22.65; Bank Holiday €30.20
* Year 2: Basic €15.70; Unsocial €19.63; Overtime/Sundays €23.55; Bank Holiday €31.40
* Year 3: Basic €16.40; Unsocial €20.50; Overtime/Sundays €24.60; Bank Holiday €32.80
* Year 4: Basic €17.40; Unsocial €21.75; Overtime/Sundays €26.10; Bank Holiday €34.80
