Job Description
As a Fund Disclosure Manager, you will oversee the management of regulatory fund disclosure documentation for our EMEA-domiciled funds. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the updates of fund offering documents in connection with our Irish, Luxembourg, and UK fund ranges.
* Lead the end-to-end management of regulatory fund disclosure documentation;
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholder reviews and approvals;
* Maintain a robust governance process for document version control, audit trails, and regulatory filings;
