Job Description
As Production Manager, you will oversee a team of 5 direct reports and 40+ operators, ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met. Your key responsibilities include:
* Driving production efficiency in manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
* Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards (GMP+, UFAS, Dept. of Agriculture).
* Meeting production and invoicing targets while optimizing costs.
* Improving processes, managing inventory, and coordinating with supply chain and quality teams.
* Recruiting, training, and developing team members to deliver high performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with:
* 5+ years in a food production environment (ideally multi-product).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A results-driven mindset and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
