Role Responsibilities:
1. Preparing ingredients for service to the required standard, ensuring minimal wastage.
2. Meticulously fulfilling all special requests from guests.
3. Preparing dishes according to specifications and contributing ideas for ongoing improvement.
4. Storing all goods correctly and hygienically in line with HACCP standards.
5. Promoting an inclusive and respectful working environment.
6. Working independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Candidate Profile:
* Passionate and genuinely interested in food at all levels.
* Friendly team player capable of working under pressure.
* Familiar with HACCP regulations and procedures.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written.
* Flexible with working hours.
