Be a key finance partner to senior management, driving financial performance in a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting, providing insight and variance analysis.Monitor and analyse financial performance, identifying trends and recommending actions to management.Support business decision-making through detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis.Partner with local and international teams, including Tax, Legal, and Controllership, to provide actionable financial insights.Assist with ad-hoc projects, audits, and grant submissions as needed.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve accuracy, efficiency, and financial controls.Your Experience:Experience, ideally in retail or consumer goods FP&A, accounting, or business partnering roles.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and month-end reporting.Experience with business intelligence / reporting tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy, etc.) is a plus.Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent preferred.Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functions and communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.Please note: Applicants must be based in or within commutable distance of Dublin.
