Senior Sales Office Leader
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales Office, ensuring that annual business targets are met and personal sales targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct the performance of a team of Sales Executives, Sales Development Coordinator, and Sales Advisors.
* Provide coaching, development, and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviour to excel in their roles.
* Oversee the allocation of targets and business segments to ensure all staff have the opportunity to achieve and exceed business targets.
* Work collaboratively with other branch managers to optimize shared resources and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and implement prospecting strategies to maximize penetration and/or build on success within commercial and agri-business sectors.
* Foster customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities, striving to improve conversion rates and quality of business.
* Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, time and territory management, call activity, conversion rates, follow-up renewals, and referrals.
* Lead performance management by establishing individual meeting programs to set targets, review performance, and identify development needs.
* Identify training and development requirements to maximize performance outputs and address any areas of poor performance or absenteeism.
* Provide regular reports on Sales Office activity and sales performance as required by Sales Management.
* Ensure compliance with customer complaint policies and procedures and maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of all products and relevant regulations.
* Contribute to regional objectives by actively supporting the Regional Manager across activities such as sales targets and loss ratios.
* Establish and maintain local relationships with key customer groups/associations, promoting the company's customer-centric culture.
