Skill Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
* Analytical and project/consulting experience within Information Technology or Financial Services
* Exposure to Back Office Finance Processes is advantageous (O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Accounting)
* Strong ability to gather, document, validate & prioritise business requirements using structured techniques
* Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Personal initiative to drive projects from inception and ensure quality through requirements traceability
