Job Description
Limerick University Hospital is part of the UL Hospitals Group and serves as a Model 4 hospital for the Mid-West region. This esteemed institution provides comprehensive paediatric services, including dedicated neurology and subspecialist care for children with neurological conditions such as epilepsy, neuromuscular disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and headache syndromes.
* Provide consultant-level paediatric neurology care for children and adolescents.
* Lead the assessment, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic neurological disorders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Evidence of specialist training and experience in Paediatric Neurology is mandatory. A proven track record of leadership, teaching, clinical governance experience would be an added advantage to succeed in this position.
Achieving Specialist Registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) is an absolute requirement.
