Service Manager - Social Care (Wicklow)
We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager for a residential care setting in Wicklow. This role is ideal for a qualified Person in Charge with a strong track record in leadership, quality care delivery, and regulatory compliance.
Role Summary:
As Service Manager, you will lead the residential team and oversee all operational, financial, and regulatory aspects of the service. You will ensure that all care is delivered to the highest standard, with a strong emphasis on dignity, independence, and empowerment for each resident.
Key Criteria:
1. Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent
2. At least 5 years' experience in the health or social care sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or PIC role
3. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
4. Expert knowledge of HIQA standards and regulatory frameworks
5. Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and service planning
6. Passion for providing person-led, responsive care
What You'll Receive:
7. Salary of €54,000-€60,000 depending on qualifications and experience
